Yes, Mizukai is an Azumarill! Although, my rendition of her is lacking when compared to her creator, Kooky_Pie's pictures. :3

Putting her in the comic WOULDN'T be that hard. She can be the one leading Kiraichu and his partner to her home planet which she came from. She can be a guest star. :D Wow. Telekenitic like power that manipulates terrains. Interesting. haha About your username: did you base it on the universe itself??
