Dragon Man? by Flame24
I'm not to sure what it is... yet.
I think it looks like a cross between a dragon, a demon, and possibly a shinigami.
The chest, wing, and tail armor plating is supposed to be made of bone. Its metal arm and neck braces occaisionally brim green with energy.
