that happen with my dsi, I sent to fix at nintendo repair shop and I got a new one, if you'ren't on the warranty, find someone who can fix it, it's not expensif to replace, max 20$ if you find the piece in electronic store. 2$ for the piece and 18$ for the one who fix it for you. if from nintendo workers, they'll just replace your console for free if under the warranty or for the price of a new if not under warranty.
