Lately i've been experimenting with different techniques of doing grass and trees. These chosen methods seem to work best for me although I can see myself suffering with severe joint pain in the near future! Anywho, let me know what you think. :]

Beautiful pallete Gabe, your advancing so well, tip: keep the leaves on the tree the same contrast as the grass below... more pleasing to the eye, and for this technique to work, the leaves closest to the backlight should be brighter thanthe ones closest to our pov... just a tip!!

Otaner: That's very common seen as though I usually spend a lot of time on my pics.
Fort: I will try to be consistent with my uploads especially in this coming Summer. Maybe i'll consider setting a day for weekly uploads.

i like those grass technique ^^ i'm sure you'll get faster if you keep practice..
yea, just like Josh's said the colors for that tree leaves should be 'same' color with grass.
For 3D? yea i know your pain, its very hard to make 3D of plain surface, but if you want there's a 3D tutorial by @-Carl- its help me alot till now

Neat! I like all those flowers and the individual patches of grass.
