I've been looking at a few of your paintings and watching your sketching prosess (You're honestly better than at me when it comes to this which is ironic XD), however if you want to improve on your skill you're going to have to learn patience, so you can take more time adding details. Try not to skip the shading prosess either when you can remember (I admit I do this sometimes as well) You are full of potential, and should be well past 10 followers in no time! ^w^
