A fan based character by the name of Ark in the Mega/Rockman ZX saga. Outwardly at first Ark seems to support the heros in their quest to rid the world of Model W, but in the end it was a simple ruse to gather power for himself by destroying the Model Ws. He seeks to save the world in his own way, but first he plans to use his newly obtained power to wipe the 'old' and 'unneeded' people from the world before he would start it anew. Making himself the god of the new world.
