Well, I figured it should have wings...and not all pokemon that have wings are flying type. Charizard and Dragonite have wings but aren't flying type.

Solid design, which is more than I can say about some otjer fan-made Eeveelutions out there.
It should definitely be pure dragon type, since all other eevee evolutions are single-typed (unless this new Gen 6 one breaks that pattern)
And FYI, whenever they introduce a new evolution to a pre-existing Pokemon, they either make a new, specific location at which the Pokemon must evolve, add a new item for it to hold, or introduce a whole new game mechanic (day/night, friendshop, beauty). It's not an important detail, but it would be cool to follow the pattern and come up with a plausible new item for it to hold, rather than the existing Dragon Scale ^_^
