As Tiff and Scratch ran out of the room once Grin and aurora left to find Crowley, Mauri, Rhea and Garson finally reach the end of the hall. It led back upstairs and was an alternate rout to the bedroom Sombra's mutilated body lay in. Garson shook off the thought of how she died because he watched it happen...
"I'll stay back here for a minute... You two can start going back to get Crowley." Garson said, dareing to look beehind him every few moments.
"No. I'm not leaving you here alone." Mauri objected. Rhea nodded in agreement.
"Go now!" Garson groweled.
Rhea relunctantly left with Mauri.

"No one's here... Where the hell is she..?" Garson whispered to himself.
There was a creak from the floorboard behind him suddenly.

Garson froze, not dareing to look behind him. He took a step forward and was suddenly yanked down and dragged across the floor into a room by something. "G-get off me!" Garson yelped as something sank it's claws into one of his legs. He turned onto his back and standing over him was Grin.
"Enough... I want his blood still pumping for the moment..." Aurora apeared nearly from nowhere.
"W-what do you want from me... P-please... Make it quick at least..." Garson tried to get up but Grin snarled at him and his wounded leg prevented him.
"I'm not going to k!ll you... Not yet..." Aurora slid a claw under his chin and near his throat. Garson gulped and flattened her ears.
Aurora now held him by the neck. "I want the real you..." She whispered.

"W-what do you mean..?" Garson gulped.
"The real you... The one you lock away... You know deep down that you would mu.rder your friends... You're a monster inside... I want it out..." Aurora said. Grin stood by, looking bored. "When do I k!ll him... Hm hm..." He laughed.
Aurora stared at Garson.
"You led your friemds to their deaths... Time was your allie... But now it has abandoned you... "
One thing Aurora didn't count on... Was resistance.
"Not so fast!" A dagger flew through the air, finding itself stuck in Grin's leg. He let out a howel of pain and looked up.

Mauri and Scratch were standing in the doorway. "Sorry freak... But no one get's away with hurting my friends." Scratch growled and confronted Grin, as he yanked the knife out of his leg. Aurora grabbed it and threatened to drive it through Garson's should when Mauri delivered a swift kick to her jaw.
She cried in pain and threw Garson aside.
"Get out Garson! We'll deal with them!" Scratch called at he fought Grin. Grin slashed at Scratch, but missed. Scratch countered by biteing his neck. Grin yoweled and grabbed onto him and threw him back.
Aurora wraped her tail aroun Mauri but regreted it when she felt her dagger cut through the scale and into her flesh.
"Da.mn you both!" Grin groweled in anger.

Mauri and Scratch took the chance to run. Grin lunged forward and Aurora vanished. He grabbed Mauri's leg and dragged her back into the room. Scratch turned around but was only greeted by a spray of blood coming out the doorway and the screams that died down into slow wimpers until she fell silent. Grin, looking demonic and lunatic as ever, Mauri's blood dripping from his mouth stared at Scartch like he was lunch.
"... I'm taking you to hell with me..." Scratch ran past Grin and into the room again, grabbing Mauri's dagger.
Her body, bloody and flesh torn looked more gruesome than what happened to Sombra.
"Come at me you bas.tard!" Scratch yelled. Grin lept at Scratch, taking him down. His claws going through his throat. Scratch let out a quiet yelp.
Grin loved the horrified look his victims wore while dieing... But when he looked down, Scratch was no doubt dead... But smileing... Or rather, grinning... Grin felt it hard to breath and pain surge through his chest.

Scratch drove the knife through his chest in a final act of revenge. Grin coughed out blood and staggard to the door. Aurora apearing behind him.
"A-aurora... U-use your magic... I can s-still be of service t-to you..." Grin said, trying to buy back his life. Aurora looked down at him. "... Pathetic..." She said. In the swipe of a paw, he claws cut into Grin's throat and he fell...
"Time is out Garson..." She said to herself... Not even Grin could escape what Aurora was capable of...
