I was curious to find my kestrel spirit's name, so I decided to attempt a trip. Trips to find my cat's name have ended in failure, and when I went to her for help, that failed too.
As I rested my eyes and relaxed, I found myself in a flowering meadow, as Passion as per the norm. Behind me, a forest. Ahead, a mountain. I figured my kestrel would be in the mountain, so I nearly sprinted that way. I had to go through a thin forest first, but soon I was on the mountain trail and ascending. I heard the shrees of various birds of prey.
At one point, I turned to my right and noticed on the peak of the mountain (which was about 30 feet up, but bigger ones were ahead) sat an American kestrel. She looked to me and flew off, so I unsheated my claws and began furiously clawing my way up the cliff side. I reached the top much more quickly than I thought. I looked on and saw the kestrel flying off(cont)
The kestrel looked to me. I heard another shree, and within it, a name: "Asima." My eyes snapped open and that was it. Since discovering her name, I've felt...uplifted. Empowered even.
I encourage ALL therians to search out their spirit's name. I'll try to help, if you want it.
