IDK why the title is what it is. Maybe because I was listening to swing music while making him?
Anyways, this is Dandelion, though he prefers 'Dandy'. Which also means someone obssessed with appearance, a true statement for him. He's a player; suave, charming, prideful, the works. Also, he has a wicked sense of humor. I'd love it if you'd ask me question about him to flesh his character out. It'll give me a chance to draw him more as well. :P
