re: I just feel terrible because everything that I say doesn't really help anybody. I'm really upset because of the fact that I can't help anyone. Also because I am literally breaking down . I can't bring myself to tell anyone my internal problems. I hate to seem like a bother to people. Everyone else is breaking apart too........I just wish we could all be happy.....I wish that I could help people......

You can vent, Hallo... I want you to be 'ok' before tackling others' problems. I've been in a similur situation, and I don't want you to be in so much emotional pain that it turns into a serious physical problem... It happens, take it from me. omo I know you care about everyone... but you need to vent too, my sista!
