Galeforce can only be learned by females who can become a Pegasus Rider.
Inigo is male, but he would be able to learn Galeforce if he inherited it from his mother, Olivia.
But I scre.wed up, and accidentally made him inherit Astra, and now Inigo can't learn Galeforce. D:
