Well...Here's another new O.C., Blue Lightning the Jolteon. I just couldn't get the back legs right. Couldn't think of any special patterns for him either except for a white stomach and chest and yellow eyes. Also, sorry for lazy background. Can't draw lightning...Can't art... xD
(Tried to draw him in an easy pose...Didn't work out as well as I wanted)
