theres a few triggers i have and i do freeze up over them like being near windows being near stuff at night n stuff due to past trauma

kinda unrelated (?) i was on acnh earlier w 2 friends and started getting upset i heard like a bang and started getting worried so i just stopped speaking for a while

i think one of my friends is mad at me for it but like
i get kinda non-verbal where i cant/dont know what to say so i just move or stay quiet during the freeze times

the word ''bomb'' and stuff
i started BEGGING for the remote so i could turn it off because i get really anxious and freeze whenever i hear a slight bit of bad news :sob:

@Foury oof i have a lot of trauma wity my hair tbh

i absolutely hate it and everyones trying to tell me what to do with it all at once. i have accidental dreads at the front and really curly hair and literary two hours ago my mom brought it up
i started pacing and trying to stim, then she said we Should just chop the front off and i just shut down tears about to explode, because like i have the first day of a new school in like two weeks

it just pisses me off because she knows i start to

stimming is like pacing around, like rapid body movement to relieve stress, waving your hands really fast ect
