-he has alpha-5 reductase deficiency. basically something forgot to turn on early in his development and he's biologically male and his internal stuff is male and he produces t but his bits /look/ female
-cafab is an acronym for (correct me if i'm wrong) clinically a/ssigned female at birth which is a term that only applies to inters/ex folk since they're not actually born m/f but are assumed to be such
