The ruined tower of Evard the Black lays in ruin, yet within the light of the full moon will this ruined tower appear standing tall again.
The appearance of the tower is said to be accompanyed by omens...such as the appearace of an unknown comet. My take on what the "ghost tower of Inverness" might appear as. The tower is found in the D&D 1st edition adventure of the same name.-shifter
