I've been drawing for several years now but I just kinda winged it when it came to the shading and everything. All I can say is lots and LOTS of practice and study the way other people draw the things you have trouble with :)

I'm not familiar with that rpg, but I really like how you captured her falling, including the blown effect on her hair and clothes. :3
