Najiz does look wet, I don't know if his hair is too, because when someone's wet the hair goes flat and really dark but shiny (usually with a really light color)
And for the water... Idk, make it flow more with longer strans?

I do like the clouds though and Najiz himself looks good too :)

Thanks for the feed back. His hair is wet, I did make it darker than usual but I don't think enough. The water is such a mess... next time I'll try what you said. I'm glad you think he turned out well.
