sorry i kinda had to get out some bitter feelings from a few days ago

mom thought it would be a great idea to limit me as much as possible just before i turn 17 when i'm perfectly capable of making do on my own
i'm responsible, i'm in the top 5 percent of my class, and i'm selectively dedicated but because of a few /minor/ s/crew ups she doesn't think i'll survive after high school

coddling me isn't gonna get me ready for the real world. actually trusting me will.

well if she limits you then you wont be prepared to deal with certain situations. she needs to let you go off and experience things for yourself--and maybe you could try explaining that to her if you havent already

@lex yea thats exactly what i've been trying to tell her and she always makes it about her and starts with the whole "well you don't communicate with me so i can't trust you" bs
i talked about it w/ my ther/ap/ist and she's trying to tell my mom how i feel but with little luck so far ;w;
