I felt the other one was too plain... :P Sooorrry....
She was hatched with the move flamethrower and wanted to be a flareon, but during a battle she fell against an icy stone and evolved into glaceon. The prize for winning the battle was a fire stone, which she now wears around her neck.
She's in the cave where she fought that battle, and the faded eevee is her before she evolved.

That is true -w- Plus, I feel like darker songs have more of a personality and story to them. Vio.let Hill by Coldplay, for example. I love the story the song seems to tell.
