William, from Crimson Shell. It's by the same artist as Pandora Hearts. If you like Pandora Hearts, I'd recommend reading it. It's only one volume though, which I found a little sad. I liked William, So I thought I'd draw him. Really I liked most of them in this manga.
My background is woefully lazy again.
