She used to be a test subject, they were trying to make her fur neon blue but she got rescued before it finished, so her main hair tip, ears and tail are blue. It seems like the blue has taken over more of her fur, but it's VERY slow. When she was in testing they put red dragon-like wings on her. They make her nervous because she thinks they make her look ugly
