The Sunbeam Dragon by Midnight Paradise
The Sunbeam Dragon is lord of the mountain dragons. If one is sighted that means good luck to those people. On rare occasions a Sunbeam will even appear before the person it feels it could trust the most and bond with. Bonding occurs when a human and dragon look into eachothers eyes deep enough to where they can almost see the others heart. If the dragon doesn't approve of the tamer it will leave. Though if the bond is completed then they can telepathiclly communitate through the bond.

A concept similar to this ones description came to me once :D I liked the idea. It's cool to see you came up with something very similar.
