I made a Pokemon CreepyPasta called "Negative Zero", and guess who stars in it? XD
He looks like this because his eyes got "poked" out and he was burnt. Ironic because Skrelp is a Water-Type Pokemon. I also tried a different way of shading! Possible new style?
Pokemon belongs to Nintendo, not me.
