Probably the weirdest thing i've ever seen in a monster hunter game.
And the gigginox is a lot like the khezu, they both...
Live in cold areas
are genderless
stick to walls / celings
fly / have wings
are blind
have a lamprey-like mouth
have a weird roar
are the same color
lay eggs
are weak to fire
they have one subSpecies
their subSpecies is red
their subSpecies are weak to water
and have an attack where they crouch down and use their elemantal attack

But gigginox...
have 2 heads (khezu has one head and a weird tail)
use poison (khezu uses thunder)
stand on all fours (khezu stands on 2)
detects things by body heat (khezu sniffs them out)
And their babies are actually small monsters (khezu whelps are items)

It only has 5 attacks- bite, hip check, jump (or electric jump), electricute, spit electric balls, and 6 if you count the roar. its also -very- slow at moving, and it doesnt even do the battle music when you fight it! Maybe because it cant -see- you?

Khezu's pretty simple to fight with lance/gunlance. Most of it's attacks can easily be guarded and and then countered. By the way, Khezu's "Ecology" cinematic is kinda disturbing O,O
