A synchronizer is a Pokemon that has this ability. It makes wild Pokemon more likely to have the same nature as your synchronizer, if they're at the front of your party.

First, you need high level Pokemon team (Suicune is level 40). Then you need a Pokemon with False Swipe. Keep using False Swipe until Suicune is at 1 HP. You need Pokeballs, too. A lot. Use many Net Balls on Suicune(in this situation, they're better than Ultra Balls) Have a Master Ball as a last resort. If you like, bring a Pokemon with Thunder Wave, Hypnosis, or Spore. Save directly in front of Suicune, then start a battle. Keep resetting (hold start, select, R and L at the same time) until you find the shiny one.
