Question: Can previous winners enter this contest as well with an equal chance at winning a place? If not, oh well. I'm just having fun drawing registrys yet wishing they were actually going towards something.

Yes, previous winners can enter with a chance to win. But since those in question already have a spot in Combine and Conquer, they cannot have a second slot if they win. I plan to have 16 Colors! artists with only 16 available slots, so having multiples is completely unfair. I have to come up with another prize to those who have already won.
