I just had to redraw this Vega. I never have drawn Kylie like this so I did now. The idea of this is to draw the chibi pokemon and add them the design of there human hair. There human versions existed first so they don't look like the pokemon. If your realy curious there's a pic of the two in my gallery. It shouldn't be two hard to find them.
