I have no idea who Saki is, but this wins just for having Tails. Granted, his chances aren't the absolute best, but he's right up there. Problem is, Sakurai implied that he's not adding many, IF ANY, new characters.

i love your phosphora idea. she was an awesome character and an awesome boss to fight. i would like to see sora from kingdom hearts in it since he has been in alot of nintendo systems.

Yeah. . .I say Tails is second to Megaman in terms of third party likeliness. After all the stuff Sakurai has been saying, though, I cant really imagine him being in until SSB5.

If I make another one of these (which is likely), I'll have to add Sora. Which veterans and newcomers should I include with him?

Megaman, ROB, Bowser Jr(or Waluigi, take your pick), and. . .somebody else. :.P I feel like Sora's chances are pretty darn low since he's owned by Disney(They own him, NOT Square Enix. In my opinion, Rydia from Final Fantasy Four [who is in the final party but NOT the main character] has better chances than Sora. Basically, I think real life pigs will sprout wings before he gets in.) , but you already have some newcomers listed that I don't think will get in, so choose whoever.

Oh yeah, and I just looked at the comments on your other pic. Toad got mentioned once, but I feel like he's too much of a wimp to get in (he's not getting into the Olymics either, folks). Megaman, however, got mentioned TWICE. He gets into the next pic FOR SURE, ESPECIALLY since Sakurai is supposedly considering having a Capcom rep in the next game and the guy who is in charge of the only franchise made by Capcom that is more popular than the Megaman series said Megaman would be a better fit than the characters from his own series.

I'm saving megaman for later, don't worry. ; ) I'm not saying all these characters will get in, just that they're possibilties. I also make sure that each drawing only has only one third party character (so you could say each image represents a completely different possibility).
