2 questions: does Charmelian know Peekatchu? 'Cause he called him just "Pikachu".

i love panel 8 charmelion is just... idiot peekatchu. Also he called peekatchu pikachu. Accident? I think not... maybe make a Truth or Dare series and use people's pokemon O.Cs to play?! If you do decide to do that, please may you do my pokemon O.C. Choc?
