I chose you! I may do another version of this piece where instead of a general blue background, would have grass, a house, or perhaps an electrical charge surrounding him, as happened in the anime (cartoon?). I'll just have to see where it goes. This was an experiment in shading and color for me, and I feel like I learned a lot about working with colors as they are in anime/cartoons!
