No, don't delete Colors and reinstall it, that'll just delete ALL of your paintings and make it impossible for you to access your account (something like this happened to another user). I recomend contacting the Colors staff for a solution to this problem...

Larka, the APP itself is malfunctioning. :T Telling colorslive about it is the equivalent of the flipnote app spazzing out and you contacting HATENA about it. :T Colorslive controls the server, not the application itself. If anything then, she should contact nintendo. :S
