Well...yet another character with little to no artwork on the Colors! Gallery in any art style...first Miriam Stockley, and now Kula Diamond too?

In case nobody's figured it out yet, Rebellion of Silver is a crossover project. I had to make a lot of ideas on how to make the non-sonic series characters used for it feel like they're from the same world. And I'm crossing over quite a few series thanks to a specific Youtube video by TheGameTheorists.
