Mastery of the Main Elements/Soul's Song by WhisperElements
After Phyre's "kiss of the dragons", Dib found one of Whisper's Pokeballs, a shiny Sylveon with Wish. While Whisper was knocked unconsious, A.Ivy got the Sylveon to use Wish on Whisper. While knocked out, Whisper mastered the final main element, fire. Her Sylveon also used Helping Hand to power up her attack once Wish took effect. Whisper attacked using Soul's Song, which does 2x MORE damage than Phyre's move, and is more powerful when the user is weak. #weocref
