I suddenly have the urge to draw Museon so badly. e_e Do you mind if I'd do it? I just can't resist drawing made-up pokemon.

Hey, I got a question. Is Museon meant to have yellow dots around it's body or that is just part of the backround? Another thing, I'm not really sure how do I draw his nose; like if it's just a dot (cat nose) or is it two lines like the way you did it here.
