Invader Chi by WhisperElements
She is the closest thing to an Almighty Tallest without actually being one. Even though she is very shy, she can be brave and naturally is friendly. Instead of just fully obeying orders, she actually has the ability to think about the commands. She is kind and tries to work things out with other planets. She is probably the only Irken to be able to fully remove her gloves. She has blades built in under her arms that can shift positions. For some reason, the -c- #invaderchi #invaderzim #weocref

-c- Control Brain seemed to make her PAK special. Unlike other Irkens, Chi can last 1 day without her PAK. Chi has a SIR unit which has a mix of both Gir and Chi's personalities. Chi is also a hybrid and her powers are control over elements/weather, telekinesis, and mind reading/erasing.
I will post her other form/disguise soon!
