COLORATION:
-Always a dull/pale/muted/pastel color
-Male secondary colors are always brighter than primary
-Female secondary colors are always darker than primary
-Male eyes are always darkest
-Female eyes are always lightest

The tendrils on their necks are for sensory reasons (like a cat's whiskers) and have a full range of motion. All directions.
