The Sun's First Rays: SunStrike by Midnight Paradise

I have always been an early riser. So on the day I was apprenticed to become the Celestial Elemental it was no surprise that the my mentor came as I watched the first rays of sunlight dance through the trees. I had wished I could follow the sun and play in its beautiful warm glow forever. That had always been my dream as a pup ever since I had opened my eyes. Lately though, I can only wish that the next sunset won't be the last for this planet.
