A lot of people say, "Oh, it was of course the US intervention which happened way too late into the war to change its outcome." which is utter toss, I'm going to probably say it was the British army's "rolling barrage" tactic and British and French tanks which in mid-1916 changed trench warfare slowly into modern open warfare. Now a lot of you will say "But Germany lost all its allies and that probably influenced the war outcome!". Continued in the comments (post your opinion there!) #WW1

Continued! The only decent ally Germany had were the Ottomans, who were mired in rebellion and were very much losing well before the Germans were. And also the Ottomans were very unstable and the Ottoman Empire collapsed shortly after WW1.

I have a quick answer for your question.
Either somebody really wants Germany 6 feet under, or someone wants the rest of Europe to be plain lucky.
You have to wonder how the Allies managed anything in history. I mean, Britain fought France over America in the French and Indian War/War of 1812, and America fought Britain in the Revolutionary War, with France as an ally. It's really hard to believe we win half of our wars...

The French and Indian war was in seventeen fifty six to seventeen sixty three, just saying. Plus the only reason us brave Brits fought in World War one with France was because Belgium was our ally and Belgium needed to be invaded in order for the Schleiffen plan to work so your reason doesn't quite fit. Keep in mind US troops varely fought in the war the whole historical greivances wouldn't be very relevant.

Oh, and the War of 1812 had no French army involved in it. I think you mean the Napoleonic Wars.

The saying "Laffayette we are here!" In WW1 was about a deal made in the American Revolution. That was never fufilled because the King of France who made the deal was k!lled in France's next war. I think WW1 goes to Britain. France was struggling, the U.S. was barely in it. World War II on the other hand is all U.S. no questions asked.
