I'm guessing the only Pokemon able to fill your Dex in my Friend Safari is Xatu. :P
Espurr is in Route 6,you can catch a Spoink in Route 8 and evolve it and Xatu isn't found anywhere besides Friend Safari or PokeBank transfer.

Thx and yeah it was wierd!It had red claws and sparkly flower stuff on them and was sitting on a pillow on the Wal-mart cart. xD
