this sounds like a stretch to me, but could you get this if possible? i would like a near lv100 shiny electavire, with thunder, earthquake (can it learn that?), a steel type move like flash cannon and either thunderbolt, or a fire type move of some sort, i really need one for my competitive team no1. i have two but since my shiny manectric isnt very bulky , i thought it would be the perfect substitute :)

and either an, impish, hasty or adamant nature please :)

One more thing, if you decide to give me the trapinch, make sure i'll be able to evolve it into Flygon okay? Thank you.

Almost forgot! I've been wanting to watch your vids on youtube, but the music you pick keeps getting copyright claims.
