Lance is a peryert and he knows it, and Tomao is innocent despite her rude but tomboyish personality. Though Lance knows when to and not to act goofy and to Tomao, seems like her father figure. He's not very attractive looking,But when he decides to clean himself up a bit, he looks pretty decent. Too bad he's a 32 yearold loner who stalks his renters w/ camera
