she can control the weather, and her emotions can too. she is a pegasus, a skilled flyer, espesially in bad weather, and she can electrocute stuff. she is also mischivious, straightforward, and loves to prank ponies and make it rain on them. isn't she so electroCUTE? HAHA! get it? ... ugh, i always knew i was bad at puns. :P bleh. she is only 6 in pony years, btw.
