Hhmm.. A while back, I did this little tutorial on how I draw scales, 3D, lighting, etc... I drew up this little reptile thing, but never drew it's head or tail. If you're up for it, I wouldn't mind seeing what you could come up with. You could even name the species if you want. I'll get to finishing your request to draw #glowtail soon.
