I would have hoped that my first pic on this account would have been something more serious and of a better quality, but alas, no. So I present to you a sketchydoodle of my fursona being creepytastical. Hurray. c:
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

:3 Strangly enough, most "creepy" stuff doesn't seem to scare me. Me luffs zees!

Besides, this is awesome itself.

Thank you!

^^ You're welcome. Any good artist needs an amount of recognition. This is just my share for thee.

I will say this though: the background... eh, I have seen better. And the word "boo" doesn't really add any to the creepy factor, if that's where you were going with the words. But those are the cons, the pro that I see is excellent character design. Exceeds mine, that's for sure.

Thanks, and yeah I agree; I'm not really that good at backgrounds (I don't think), but at the same time I could have put more effort into the bg and maybe have even eliminated the words altogether. But then also this was pretty much just a fun pic anyway, so it doesn't really matter as much to me. :3

^^ Nice to also see an artist who understands constructive criticism instead of freaking out, unlike some "artists" here.
I find backgrounds hard as well. I know how get the sky done properly (probably since I draw that alot... since most of the things I drew have somebody up in there...), but I can never get the ground correct!

Of course, if you can't take a little criticism, how can you expect to get better? ^^ For me, it would probably depend on what kind of background I was doing. Of course more abstract things would be easier to do, but more scenic stuff with plants/rocks/buildings, etc. would be tougher.

It does depend on the critic though, some might just make the stupid "you suck" phrase and not tell why it does at all. I try not to be like that. Also, plants and other shtuffs are incredibly hard, why must the neat effects and scenery be so difficult to do? ;-; But we all have our attributes for everything. I'm okay on character design, and okay with the sky backgrounds (I even seem to make good sense of the clouds, which isn't too hard for me), but on the ground, I'm bad, with horizon and grass making. :/ I'm slightly getting better at shading. You seem really great at character structure (I swear, I can't build my own fursona to save my life...), as well as coloring. Words-in-the-picture again, needs work. Not all artists start out wonderful, we start out small. But we get better later on. Why I repeated everything we talked about, I have no idea.
