How did I go this long without Remembering to put on my favorite OC? I'm disappointed in myself.
In 2030, the war on drugs is at its peak. A new police force, TRAIN, has been formed keep control, and each of its agents have been re-engineered with some specific mechanical piece to aid their efforts. Riley is a field agent of Sector 2, NY, and is an ex-member of one of the largest gangs in NY, the DiamondBacks.

After taking a bullet to the heart when he was 19, and instead of being left for dead or sent to jail, the Director of Sector 2 found use for him, and gave him a chance to right his wrongs in TRAIN. He gained an artificial heart that gives him the ability to absorb and release electricity. (his girlfriend calls him 'comicbook-ish')

Riley is a recovering addict, and so the detox period when he joined TRAIN was hard for him. He would get the shakes, scratch at his arms his heart (which had acted as a filter at the time) would race constantly. But he soon broke his habit, and instead of fueling himself with narcotics, he turned to regular cigarettes to curve his cravings. He's been clean for 4 years now.
Still, many others in TRAIN don't belive it was a good decision to let him in, not with his shady record.
