This is sooo cool! :-D The 3D is awesome and I love that flamey tail!! I'm not really in a position to critique others, but if you want more realistic results, look at videos of the animals (yes, vids, not just pics!) of the animal. Honestly, the style you chose for this work is really cool and perfect for anthro! I wouldn't change it :-]
