Its someone who 'goofs' around on super smash bros. brawl's online mode, basic brawl. Since im horrible at explaning stuff, you're better off to google 'ssbb taunt partier' there are a TON of taunt-partiers. If you find
decent people, taunt-partying can be very fun. Sadly, decent people are really hard to find. : ( Oh and my bro got me a lego yoshi. XD
