Unlike Ivan, Aleksey was raised by his mother's family whom resides at the mountains when he was still a baby. He learned how to fight, hunt and how to become a warrior from them. When he grew older he was forced to leave by his father and had to join him and learned how to be a noble/royal in his father's kingdom.
Even though he was raised in a strict environment, he still remained his innocent like personality which his mother and his brother have. But having this personality made the other demons to shun the young boy which Ivan and his mother certainly did not like and became very protective of him when he was young.

As he grew older he learned many things from his elder brother Ivan, that was what not to do and what to do in the kingdom to ensure his survival in there. Later on though he left the his father and his other remaining brothers for the human world and joined Shinsuke's family soon after he heard his brother Ivan joining the family.

it's supposed to make you jealous, it's something that every human nature have, at least it didn't turn you into one of those possessive yandere characters. It's only natural to be jealous of someone....and being afraid of that unknown emotions too
