I was thinking the other day "what if i redesigned the eeveelutions?" then, i made THIS CONTEST!
basicly, you'll be redesigning one of the 9 eevelutions! you can be as creative as you want!
Basic rules:
NO TRACEING (plz)
dont use features of the cannon design of your choice
you may ONLY redesign off of the 9 eeveelutions
